Exciting News for COW/DOT Users

CURRIES is pleased to announce the addition of door orders to the COW/DOT Program that carries a ten-day lead time option. To take advantage of the ten-day lead times for doors and frames, the order must be sent electronically to CURRIES via the COW/DOT (Direct Order Transfer) option. There are no door or frame quantity limitations for this program, and any order that fully generates will receive the ten-day lead time. 

CURRIES added a new feature in the COW Program which highlights the specific line to show that the order will not fully generate.  When an order code or any information is entered that prevents the line from fully generating, that detail on the order will be shaded in orange. This will make you aware that the order will not receive the ten-day lead time. The highlighting feature provides you instant feedback on that product availability and will also allow you to remove the items that will not generate to ensure your ten-day lead time on the balance of
the order.

Listed below are items that will not fully generate:
• Side Lites or Borrowed Lites (Frames)
• Order code options which begin with *
• Line items with Special Instructions
• Line Items with elevation or profile drawings

All fully generated orders received by 10:00 am (Central Time) will be scheduled to ship on the tenth working day following the receipt of order. If shipping via pool truck, the ship date will be the next pool shipping date for your region. Your quoted discount will apply for all quoted projects, and the quote number needs to be included on the COW order form. 

Remember to use the CURRIES Order Status tool within the Distributor portion of the CURRIES website to confirm the final ship date.
